I was nervous about using artscow because of some negative reviews and hte fact that I had never heard of them. But with their offer for a ridiculous amount of free prints, I decided to give them a try. Overall I am very happy with the print quality of my 4×6′s, 5×7′s and 8×10′s. They are the only internet site I will use for my 8×10′s becuase they are so well packaged there is no way they would be bent. This is not the case for some other internet sites. Shipping is on the slow side and expensive side. But if the prints are free, even with the expensive shipping its still cheaper than the other internet printing sites. I will continue to use them as long as they have good deals.

I placed my order with artscow on November 11th and didn’t receive the prints until December 21st. They told me they were being shipped USPS and therefore couldn’t provide me with a tracking number and they were actually shipped from Hong Kong. The picture quality is fine but considering half the order was to go out in Christmas cards it didn’t do me much good. I was also told that I “needed to be patient” when I inquired with their customer service as to whether the order was actually shipped. All in all I’m not impressed.

artscow, being a newcomer on the scene, is still in the process of refining its service. Though there are plans in the works to offer more services, including photo editing tools, they are not currently available.

I was a little nervous about using artscow printing service that I’d never heard of before. However I still took a chance and uploaded my pictures, ordered 50 5×7 50 4×6 and received them in a short amount of time. The pictures are printed on Fuji paper, I’ll definitely use them again, plus I have 300 more picture to print.
