Purchased black and color cartridge. Color worked fine, but black generated a slight underline under each character. Tried the printers head cleaning features. Printronic has not responded to my emails. Since it only cost $10, it's not worth the hassle of trying to ship it back. I will not purchase from them again.

I purchased the PH c4795 in Feb 1, Tried to scan documents and realased that there's no settings for scanner, it goes fully automatic as you puch button on the HP. Saved copy is 1 in shorter then original so the information within 1 inch to the edges is missed on the copy. Have no idea how to set it up because there's no scanner settings option's found.

I was nervous about using artscow because of some negative reviews and hte fact that I had never heard of them. But with their offer for a ridiculous amount of free prints, I decided to give them a try. Overall I am very happy with the print quality of my 4x6's, 5x7's and 8x10's. They are the only internet site I will use for my 8x10's becuase they are so well packaged there is no way they would be bent. This is not the case for some other internet sites. Shipping is on the slow side and expensive side. But if the prints are free, even with the expensive shipping its still cheaper than the other internet printing sites. I will continue to use them as long as they have good deals.

If you are looking for a economical, but heavy duty printer, this is it. Just spend a few minutes downloading and compiling and it works for Linux too.

We own several 2200cxi's and all have performed great so far. My only complaint would be that they don't do double sided printing.

This printer looks great on paper but we had numerous & continuing problems w/the paper handling. There was a firmware change & that seemed to help but paper keeps getting coming out in bunches & output print gets scattered & totally unusable. At times it has been a disaster.

What good is exceptional print quality, which this printer supposedly has, (I have not seen it yet) if you can't get the printer to work? Good luck to all the Epson printer owners out there. I will look for another brand.

The internal card reader is a nice feature if you want to print directly without waiting for the PC to boot up, but it also transfers the photos to the PC without the need to hook up your camera.
All in all, it's worth every penny!
