I ordered on May 04, 2010. A few days later I got an email saying my files did not come through. I was going to resend but then they did go through. Some guy named Eric was supposed to be in charge of this job. Well, on Friday, May 14th, 2010, I called to check on my order because I was already supposed to have it. I found out that day that Eric was no longer employed there. Then I was informed that they would finish my job on the following Monday and they would be overnighted that night. So, I really should have received them on Tuesday, May 18, 2010. I was very patient through all of this but really needed these as I am a school teacher and these are memory books to send home with my children, and school is out this week! I called and was informed that their computers went down on Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Well, I am sorry about that but that is not my problem. Especially since my order was supposedly printed on Monday, May 17, 2010. I spoke with one of the women in the office and she became very rude so I asked to speak to the owner. He was very rude and I can't believe he would be this way to a customer who should have had their order weeks ago! I will never do business with them again and I will let everyone know from TN to CA the same thing!! Stay away from Copiesincolor.com!! I would give this company a negative star if I could.
