I ordered with Photo.com after seeing it was advertised by Google-Picasa. I placed 3 orders 70 Euros in total. None of them arrived! 3 months later I am still trying to reach them in some way but they don’t have a telephone number and the only email replies I receive are their spamming advertisement. So, no phone no email contact.
By the way, one of the orderes I placed is still in “printing” status after 3 month.
That is the worse service I ever received online and it is a shame its being advertised by the Picasa application.

i order a photobook, they take the money away and deliver nothing! impossible to reach them by post and email, forget this site to develop your photos.
I felt that the quality of Calenders I ordered was VERY poor.Ordered 3 Personalised Calenders – received 1 of mine and 2 for other people I’ve received no response to emails yet

I put two orders with foto.com. One arrived within a few days and the prints were fine. The other one didn’t come.
Order never arrived!!! No phone numbers available to call foto.com. Disaster customer service. They never reply my emails…. And I paid £50 (approx $80) for my photo portrait and NOTHING arrived in the last 4 weeks!!!
