For hp Officejet J4580, the price is great. The scanner works okay. The printer works okay. The copier works okay. It looks nice. It is fairly easy to figure out how to use.
This device is almost worthless. Loading and configuring the software required three separate install-uninstall-reinstall routines, each taking about almost 45 minutes.
I can’t seem to give this a no-star rating, so will have to award it one. For what????
