One week later I have not received the item I ordered.
UPS traking site has scheduled delivery today 9/9/09.
The absolute WORST COMMUNICATIONS….EVER. My order showed “In Stock”. I didn’t find out that my order was in back-order status until I called. Was told it would ship in 3 days. Guess what? It didn’t.
WARNING! macmall shipped with a complete disregard to proper packaging. A hard disk drive was shipped in a cardboard box without any foam padding.
