I was promised by overnightprints that if I paid an extra fee my product would arrive in 2 days. After the 2 days, my product was not only not here, but was not even in production. I usually don’t take the time to write about horrible customer service, but this time it effected my business in a very negative manor.
They are cheap enough, but not good enough. If you don’t mind paying a company for the privilege of advertising for them, then fine. But if you want a professional business card provided by professionals, I would not recommend overnight prints.
overnight prints customer service representatives are just not good. They put as much energy as possible in to getting me off the phone, not to solve the problem.
I wouldn’t recommend overnightprints.com to anyone looking for quality or fast turn-around times. They are cheap and you get what you pay for!
