    Scanning function is too complicated. Called their hotline on Friday. They said I have to call back 8am EST on Monday. In the meantime, operator said, he can’t help me.

    This is a great printer, it is a little larger than I realized, but I love it. It scans very fast and I have had no problems so far. Great price and fast shipping!
