snapfish is experiencing technical problems accessing my photos. My photobook cannot be printed. the snapfish customer service is terrible.
About 15 times I wrote, phoned and tried to see all the pictures my daughter sent us.EVERY TIME WE HEAR: WE HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. We Only get to see 90 pictures of the almost 600 photo’s. the snapfish is terrible.
the guys working in snapfish did a great job. I am truly satisfied with their work.

I like the step-by-step ordering process at snapfish. It is very simple. Anyone, computer novice or pro, will be able to upload and order pictures easily.
